If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
Once your order has been dispatched, responsibility for the shipment is transferred to our courier partner. However, if your parcel arrives damaged or has not been delivered within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team as soon as possible.
