A handy addition to dad's travel bag

Although we don’t go on long haul flights all that often the jet lag returning can be quite bad. When I saw these tablets, I thought they would be worth trying. They are expensive but if they help with your body adjusting to the time change on arrival as well as when you come home, they would be worth every penny. They are made up from several supplements but are in a quick release capsule that are easy to swallow with water. It’s advertised that these were tried and tested by air hostesses, whether that is true or not is something I don’t know but you get 30 capsules that is recommended that you take 2 prior to boarding the plane and hopefully you should feel well rested and calm. They are capsules, meaning they absorb quickly but like all supplements, if you are unsure and have not taken these before it’s best to check with a health practitioner. We don’t have any long-haul trips planned just yet but when we do they will certainly be coming with us.

Promising Travel Companion, But the Jury Is Still Out for Me

As someone who flies weekly, FlyWell has become a must-have in my travel routine. Cabin air can be really dehydrating, but this helps me stay properly hydrated throughout the flight.I’ve also noticed a big difference in how I feel after landing—less bloating, more relaxed, and overall much fresher. Instead of arriving tired and sluggish, I feel ready to go straight into work.Simple to use and genuinely effective. Highly recommend for anyone who travels often.

A Thoughtful Travel Supplement For Nervous Flyers

I can’t comment on whether these capsules actually work because, in the end, I decided not to take them. When they arrived, the bottle and label just didn’t feel very legitimate to me, especially for the price. I know that might sound over-cautious, and it’s entirely possible they’re absolutely fine, but I just didn’t feel confident enough to put them in my body.I appreciate that this may be an unfair review because I never actually tried the product, but first impressions matter when it comes to supplements. For something you’re meant to ingest, I need to feel completely comfortable with the packaging and presentation, and unfortunately I didn’t. Others may have a completely different experience, but I chose not to risk it.

Handy little travel capsules that make long flights feel a bit easier

These pre-flight support capsules are a great addition to any travel routine. I like that they combine ingredients such as ashwagandha, electrolytes, magnesium, and L-theanine into one convenient supplement, so there’s no need to pack multiple products. The capsules are easy to swallow and convenient to take before travelling. I felt well hydrated and more relaxed during my journey, and they seemed to help me feel more refreshed after flying. The packaging is compact, making it easy to pop into hand luggage without taking up much space.Overall, this is a well-thought-out travel supplement that’s simple to use and offers great convenience. I’d definitely use it again for future trips and would recommend it to anyone who flies regularly.

Worked well during my tests in the last heatwave!

This FlyWell pre-flight supplement has a genuinely impressive formula. I like that it brings together ingredients that make sense for travel support, especially ashwagandha, magnesium, L-theanine, and electrolytes. For me, it feels like a thoughtful supplement for flying, when the body can feel tense, dehydrated, unsettled, or simply out of rhythm. The combination feels aimed at calm, hydration, and general travel wellbeing, without being overcomplicated.I especially appreciate the inclusion of L-theanine and magnesium, as these are ingredients I already value in my routine. The electrolytes are also a very sensible addition for flights, especially longer journeys or busy travel days.Overall, I am impressed with this supplement. It feels well considered, practical, and genuinely useful as part of a pre-flight or travel routine.

Helping with jet lag

I picked these up ahead of a trip and liked the idea of having several travel focused ingredients combined into one supplement. The capsules are easy to swallow, and the instructions are straightforward, making them simple to fit into the travel routine. The combination of ashwagandha, magnesium, L theanine, and electrolytes makes it a well thought out formula for anyone wanting a convenient supplement before flying. I also appreciate that it is made in a GMP certified facility, which adds a bit of reassurance about the manufacturing standards. As a 45 year old, I know that travel can leave you feeling a bit worn out, especially after a long journey. I kept my expectations realistic, as supplements can affect people differently, but these were easy to take and slotted neatly into my travel plans.ProsEasy to swallow capsules.Convenient blend of travel focused ingredients.Straightforward to include before a flight.Clearly labelled with simple directions.Manufactured in a GMP certified facility.ConsIndividual experiences will vary from person to person.A thirty capsule supply may not last through multiple trips, depending on how you use it.Overall, this is a well presented travel supplement with a thoughtful combination of ingredients. If you are looking for something convenient to include as part of your travel routine, this is worth considering.

Worth the cost if they work

I bought these for my wife because she can be a nervous flyer, and the idea of having something as part of a pre-flight routine appealed to her. Flying anxiety can be stressful, and having a small ritual before travelling, whether that is breathing exercises, music, relaxation techniques, or a supplement like this, can help some people feel more prepared and in control. The capsules are convenient for travel because they are easy to pack, have no taste and take without needing preparation. The combination of ingredients, including ashwagandha, magnesium, electrolytes, and L-theanine, is aimed at supporting relaxation and general wellbeing during travel. For someone who dislikes complicated routines, the simplicity is a definite advantage. My wife likes that they give her something positive to focus on before a flight. While they are not a magic solution for fear of flying, having a familiar routine before boarding seems to help make the experience feel more manageable. The compact packaging also makes them easy to keep in hand luggage. The main thing to remember is that results with supplements are very individual. They should not be seen as a guaranteed treatment for severe anxiety, and anyone with existing medical conditions or taking medication should check that the ingredients are suitable for them. It is also worth trying any new supplement before travelling rather than making the first use on the day of a flight.Overall, these are best suited to travellers who want a convenient wellness product as part of their pre-flight routine, especially those who experience mild nervousness around flying. They will not remove the stress of flying completely, but for my wife they have become a useful addition to her travel preparation and something that helps her feel more comfortable before take-off. At nearly 40gbp these are expensive.

Boarding Call for Calm ✈️

Taking a capsule on the plane is much easier than trying to stir one of those electrolyte powder sachets into a tiny plastic cup of water on a shaky tray table. The bottle is small enough to just chuck in my hand luggage and obviously security don't care because it's not a liquid.Usually when I get off a long flight I feel completely dried out and my head is all fuzzy. Didn't get that heavy sluggish feeling this time around, just felt a bit less drained walking through the terminal. You still need to actually drink plenty of water during the flight of course, these just have the electrolytes already in them to help it absorb. The ginger is quite a good idea, plane food sometimes sits a bit heavy and it sort of helps settle things down. There's no melatonin in them so they don't knock you out or leave you drowsy when you land, just things like magnesium and ashwagandha. Just took them right before boarding and got on with it. 30 capsules should cover a few holidays.

Great buy

My dad travels often enough to appreciate anything that makes the journey a little easier, so I bought these capsules for him before a recent flight. He liked that they were simple to take before leaving for the airport and that the bottle was small enough to slip into his carry-on without taking up valuable space. The ingredient list is clearly presented, which gave him confidence in what he was taking. As with any supplement, he understands that it is sensible to use it over several trips before deciding how much difference it makes. He has been happy to include it as part of his usual pre-flight routine alongside keeping well hydrated, and he likes the convenience of having everything in one capsule. It is a practical product that suits someone who prefers to be organised before travelling rather than relying on airport purchases.

Easier than mixing powders on a plane.

These capsules come in a plastic sealed pot.The capsules are standard size and coloured blue and white si hard to lose sight of.They have no flavour and didn't repeat on me.I took these on the day I flew back from Canada and the day after .I think they heled but I did sleep very well the night we got back so I thik that aso helped.Flying to Canada is easy as it is just a long day, you arrive and pretty much go to bed and you have caught up.Coming back is a mare as you fly overnight and basically miss a night's sleep and have to get through a day before yu can get to bed. These have the benefit of - Ashwagandha, Electrolytes, Magnesium, & L-TheanineI will take these again when travelling through time zones as I think they helped me get over the jet lag quickly.

Good blend of ingredients

I was a bit nervous about taking this mainly because I usually take magnesium to sleep so i was apprehensive taking magnesium while travelling with no intention of sleeping.Im pleased to say that i didnt feel drowsy while taking this, it actually kept me quite perky.I didnt really notice a difference while taking it in the moment, but when i got up the next day after travelling i didnt get that usual hangover type feeling. I felt quite refreshed. Normally when travelling the day after travel is just usually a day where i chill and laze My the pool due to fatigue, but i felt like i could have went and done more.Im hoping my journey home will be as good. I can imagine that these would be excellent for airline workers in all depts.

Worked quite effectively.

These work really well and definitely made a difference on my recent trip to the USA. I had to take a photo (and enlarge) of the instructions on the tub as they are SO small its impossible to read them. This revealed that you need 2 tablets as the recommended dose before each flight. This means there are only 15 servings per tub. The price per flight works out to (current review price £39 for 30 tablets = £1.3 per tablet) be £2.60 which is not too bad.Do they work though, yes in my experience they are worth the cost. I did not seem to suffer from as much jet lag and definitely found myself more relaxed during the flight and had a few more naps than usual during it.The tablets are a decent size and easy to take being capsules they are tasteless and i did not get any reflux taste later in the flight from them. Being capsules they do float in your mouth when swallowing like all capsules.I guess the test is would i buy some more when these run out, Yes definitely as the expiration date is in 3 years time worth keeping !

Impressive travel support formula

I've recently found that when I've been travelling long haul my body can feel a bit meh for a few days after landing (tired, dehydrated, lack of appetite, irregular toilet schedule etc.) so started researching what are the best supplements to take to try to combat this - and as a result I ordered these capsules from Flywell. Each capsule contains a blend of ingredients to try to keep you hydrated (electrolytes), relaxed (magnesium, l-theanine & ashwagandha) and digestive comfort (ginger & tart cherry)The suggested dosage on the packet is 2 capsules before flying, and the capsules are an average size and easy to swallow with some water. They don't smell or have any taste/aftertaste etc. There are 30 capsules in the packet, so they are quite expensive but to help the body recover from a long flight they're priceless.

A handy travel companion that is easy to take

I think these are really effective - I've yet to try them before/after a flight, but they are full of electrolytes (sodium, potassium and various other salts or "chlorides") that really help balance your electrolyte intake. This past week during the massive heatwave I've been on trains for about five hours per day, three days in a row during the most brutal heat.So taking these electrolytes and stuff like ashwagandha mixed in it for a bit of calm, I found them really effective as I was sweating a lot lol. They couldn't be easier to use, just take a capsule with plenty of water (electrolytes can't hydrate you, only water can lol) - and no digestive effects or any problems noted. This is basically a blend of herbal ingredients that may or may not help you stay calm and electrolytes - I like how it's an all in one supplement and that eliminates needing to buy multiple bottles of different things. There is no taste, they're just natural capsules.I think these are great value for money and I can recommend them - I already have set some aside for my next long haul flights coming up in august!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great for Frequent Flyers and Crew

I only fly about once a month, so I'm probably not the ideal test case for a supplement like this. However, what initially caught my attention was the number of aviation professionals and frequent travellers who seem to endorse products of this type. If people who regularly deal with long-haul flights, time zone changes, and travel fatigue find them useful, that certainly carries some weight. The formulation itself looks well thought out, combining electrolytes, magnesium, L-theanine, ashwagandha, vitamins B6 and B12, plus ginger and tart cherry extract. I also like that it's delivered in capsule form, which is much more convenient than carrying powders or drinks through airport security. As for the results, I'm still not entirely convinced. I haven't flown often enough, or under enough varied conditions, to say with confidence that it's making a significant difference to how I feel after travelling. That said, I've had no issues taking it, and the ingredients are all ones that make sense in the context of hydration, relaxation, and travel support. At over £38 for 30 capsules, it's certainly not a cheap supplement, so expectations will naturally be high. Whether the benefits justify the cost will likely depend on how frequently you travel and how susceptible you are to jet lag or travel fatigue.Overall, I'm positive about the concept and the quality of the ingredients. While I'm not yet completely sold on the results personally, I'm happy to continue using it until the bottle is empty and see how it performs over a longer period. For frequent flyers, it may well prove to be a worthwhile addition to their travel routine. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Hoping these will help with the jet lag and bloating.

I got these because I’m flying to Australia and wanted something simple to help with the dehydration and tiredness you get on long haul flights. I liked that they’re just capsules with no powders or mixing, and they’re easy to keep in hand luggage. They’re straightforward to take and didn’t upset my stomach, which is always a worry with travel supplements. I did feel a bit more hydrated and less sluggish after using them, especially compared to how dry I normally feel after hours in the cabin. The ginger is a nice touch because it helps settle things during turbulence or when the cabin gets stuffy.I also liked that there’s no melatonin. They didn’t knock me out, but they did help me feel calmer and less wired, which made it easier to rest without feeling groggy afterwards. They’re not a magic fix for jet lag, but they did make the whole flight experience a bit more manageable.

Natural ingredients that help those who fly frequently recover

I’ve been using these for quite a while now. As airline crew with 9 years of flying experience, I can confidently say they work. I’ve noticed a real difference in reducing bloating and fatigue, especially after long flights and busy schedules. They’ve become part of my daily supplement routine, and I wouldn’t be without them. If you’re a frequent flyer or work as cabin crew or flight crew, they’re definitely worth trying.Highly recommended.

Pre-flight support capsule

I have been using this for a while now and as cabin crew it has really helped me to feel less bloated on board and a lot less tired after doing so many flights and nightstops.
